SAIL, Seniors Active In Life, is a vibrant gathering of older adults who come together at Hope Harbor on Thursday mornings for exercise, games and discussion, music, and seasonal celebrations. A dynamic mix of neighborhood residents and church members provides a welcoming and uplifting community of support and fun. Optional opening devotion at 9:30am.
